What is the difference between diagnosing and estimating?

A.

To diagnose a problem with your car means to figure out what is wrong with your car or truck. This means knowing the theory of operation, purchasing and updating tuned instruments and equipment, continual on going training and subscribing to information services. Once the failure or issue is discovered and the initial reason for failure so the same thing will not happen again, then a cost for repairs can be provided as well as a time frame to preform the necessary repairs.
